Terms of use and cancellation

1. Prices

• 40 minutes all-you-can-eat: ¥3,800 per person (tax included, at the door)
• Bookings on online booking sites: ¥4,700 per person (tax included, timed slot)
• Elementary school children and older pay the adult price. Children who have not yet started elementary school eat free when sharing a seat with a parent or guardian, limited to one child per adult (additional children, or a child using a separate seat, are charged for one seat)
• Bookings made on online booking sites follow each booking site’s prices and terms
• Drinks are extra

2. Booking

We don't take reservations by phone or in person; walk-in guests are served in order of arrival (numbered tickets). Bookings are made on online booking sites.

3. Cancellations and changes

• Bookings made on an online booking site: cancellations, changes and refunds follow the policy of the booking site you used. Please make them through that booking site.
• Walk-in guests (numbered tickets): there is no advance payment, so there is no cancellation fee.
• Private hire (¥38,000 per hour): this is the only booking we take by phone. Please call us.

4. In the restaurant

• We use buckwheat and wheat flour. Guests with a buckwheat allergy cannot be served.
• The all-you-can-eat time limit is 40 minutes.
• Prices and details may change. Please check in store or by phone for the latest information.
